Remy Gardner crosses the finish line in sixth position at his home GP in Australia while Tetsuta Nagashima finishes tenth in a very battled race.
Remy Gardner, who started from the thirteenth position of the Moto2 grid, has made a really good start that has had him fighting with the front group. The Australian has tried to keep the rhythm but his tyres have suffered too much, specially his rear tyre making him settle with a sixth position. Remy is now thirteenth on the Moto2 general standings with two more races to go before the season finishes.
On the other side of the garage, Tetsuta Nagashima has been involved in the battle for the eighth position that has been ongoing the whole race. The Japanese has crossed the finish line in tenth position. Tetsu is fourteenth on the general standings with 70 points. The next round will be in Malaysia next week at the International Circuit of Sepang. The Moto2 race will take place on Sunday, November 3rd, at 13:20h (local time).
