The ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM has obtained the last Pole Position of the 2020 season achieved by Remy Gardner today at the Algarve International Circuit. Gardner will start from the first position of the grid while Kasma Daniel will do so from the tenth row.
Remy Gardner has shown an incredible rhythm during all weekend at the Portuguese track. The Australian was already the fastest rider in the morning FP3 session and he has demonstrated in the afternoon that he is the rider to beat this weekend in Portimao after achieving the pole position and Moto2 track record with a best lap time of 1’42.592.
In the other side of the garage, Kasma Daniel will start the last Gran Prix of the season from the tenth row of the grid after achieving a best lap time of 1’45.922 which has placed him on the twenty ninth position of the Moto2 starting grid.

The race of the Grande Premio MEO de Portugal will take place tomorrow, Sunday 22nd of November, at 12:20h (local time) and it will consist of 23 laps.

#87 Remy Gardner | P1 | 1'42.592

I had a really good day today, it was a nice little present for me and the team as this is our last race together so I am so happy to get the pole position of this Grand Prix. We are doing a great job this weekend and I am enjoying every moment in this circuit. Tomorrow should be a fun day!

#99 Kasma Daniel Kasmayudin | P29 | 1'45.922

I would like to apologise to my team as today has not been a good day for me. I got really nervous when I saw there were only five minutes left of the Q1 and the nervousness and some traffic I found on my fast lap have not allowed me to achieve a good lap time today. Tomorrow is another day and I will try to reset my mind and enjoy the last race of the season.
