Difficult qualifying session for the ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM in Jerez due to the high temperatures

The riders of the ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM have completed a difficult qualifying session today at Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto due to the high temperatures. Remy has classified in twelfth position and his teammate Kasma Daniel in thirtieth.

Remy Gardner arrives to the Spanish Grand Prix looking forward to resume the season after finishing in fifth position at the first GP of the season in Qatar. The Australian rider will start the race from the twelfth position after setting a best laptime of 1'42.162 in very difficult conditions due to the extreme temperatures of the track.

In the other side of the garage, Kasma Daniel resumes the Moto2 season after recovering from the injury he had on his finger which didn’t allow him to give his 100% in Qatar. The Malaysian rider will start from the tenth row of the grid and he will continue learning and getting experience on his first season in the World Championship.

The ONEXOX TKKR SAG TEAM wants to welcome its two new sponsors NBC and LAPM and thank them for their support in this unusual season. The Moto2 race will take place tomorrow at Circuito de Jerez-Angel at 12:20h (local time)

It has been a really difficult weekend so far, we have been struggling with the grip and the set up for this heat. I have been pushing like a maniac but we still need to understand a few things and hopefully we can get a little bit better for tomorrow and understand the problem we are having and hopefully we can go forward in the race and achieve some good points this weekend. I would like to thank the team for their hard work and I cannot wait for tomorrow!

#99 Kasma Daniel Kasmayudin | P30 | 1'44.167| +2.254

I am very happy because we have made a lot of kilometres on the bike today, my team is always encouraging me to continue learning and motivating me and improve my lap time. My goal for tomorrow’s race is to continue pushing and learning to get a good result!
